We are now in the process of working up a solo system for HWM. Right now we have the core system done and the first two adventures. Artwork for covers is next...

More on this project as we get stuff done.

This sounds interesting... is it still on the roadmap?

Editing is all done, in the process of doing the layup right now. I should have it all done by the end of this month so we can do a big promotion for it next month and eyeballing a release of the first of july.

Cross my fingers as i say all of this.

We are also in the process of working up the HWM universe for use with the monster hunters battle of blood system.

Hey Rob. Wow, this came out quickly. Congratulations on what seems to be the first solo superhero system since Don Saxman.

I'm picking up a copy of the core rules and mission #1 and will be dressing in Spandex this weekend (again!).

I'm not much of an expert on RPG games (not since the 70's/'80s anyway) but found Avalon Quests very nicely done, bit of a learning curve but a meaty product that makes a nice change from the usual gamebook solos. The "party of 6" aspect threw me a bit, so interested to see if this goes the 'lone hero' route with the same kind of system.

I have little knowledge of Pathfinder but OGL is online which helped me with Avalon Quests, but still did my own brew pretty much. I haven't purchased Heroes Wear Masks. Is there a pre-requisite to owning the HWM rulebook, or any of the many supplements?

Glad to hear you liked Avalon Quest, Comic Book Adventures is similar in design, but does have some differences.

As for needing a copy of Heroes Wear Masks, ya you will need a copy, but as you are a super fan, drop me a line and i will send you a free copy.
